A modern/minimalist interpretation of a “Cortijo style” villa designed using the proportion of a 60x30cm tile.  Allowing a large protected swimming pool and terrace area to be fully utilized during the typical windy season in the southern regions of Spain.  Built in the traditional “pueblo blanco “ style of white washed finishes and large open free flowing spaces the property responds to the “lock-up-and-go” requirements of the client.
